Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. For that reason, all sales are final.
Exceptions:

Logo & proof process
- Choose your color and size, then place your order.
- Email your logo and order number to grantcustomcreations@gmail.com.
- We will confirm that your logo file and placement are ready before production.
New logo digitizing: $25 only when your artwork has not already been digitized for embroidery. We will let you know before any digitizing charge is added.

Volume pricing applies to one logo, left-chest embroidery, and the same quarter-zip style in one order. At 12+ pieces, new-logo digitizing is included after logo review. For 24+ pieces, contact us for specialty placements, additional garment colors, or a complete team-workwear quote.
Fit & sizing
For body chest, measure under the arms around the fullest part of the chest with arms down. Garment chest width is measured flat, one inch below the armhole.

Production & care
Please allow up to 2 weeks for embroidery-season production, plus shipping. Because every item is custom made with your logo, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. Machine wash cold inside out; tumble dry low.

Mockups show the Grant 1226 logo only as a placement example. Your finished quarter zip will feature your approved business logo.
Artwork permission
By submitting a logo, design, or image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. Professional, collegiate, and other protected marks require written authorization.
