I bought my first embroidery machine in 2022 as a newlywed with a creative itch and a desire to build something of my own. Within two months I upgraded, because I fell in love with the process. What started as a way to earn a little extra outside of healthcare quickly became something much deeper.

I’ve worked in medicine since I was 17, CNA, EMT, ER nurse for eight years, nursing instructor, and now a Nurse Practitioner in urgent care. If you’re in healthcare, you understand the kind of tired that doesn’t show up on a timesheet. The mental exhaustion. The quiet car rides home. The weight we carry that most people never see.

Creating became my way to breathe again.

Motherhood changed everything. I became a mom at 38, a NICU mom, a twin mom, and a loss mom. I have one beautiful son here on earth and five babies in heaven. My twins were born at 32 weeks after a placental abruption nearly took me with them. My daughter, who had Potter’s syndrome, did not survive. Grief and gratitude now live side by side in my life.

If you’ve ever celebrated one milestone while quietly grieving another, you understand. This shop isn’t just embroidery. It’s intention. When you trust me to create something for you, I don’t see it as “just another mama shirt.” I see your story. I carry the compassion, grit, resilience, and even the dark humor healthcare shaped in me into every single stitch. I care deeply about what I produce because it represents something meaningful to you.

My mission is simple: to create pieces that feel personal, seen, and safe especially for the women who hold everything together.

I’m building this business between shifts, during nap times, and late at night in southeast Kansas. It started as a side hustle. Now it’s becoming something bigger a way to serve women like you while building a life where I can be present for my son. If you’re here at 2am pumping for that sweet little baby, grieving, exhausted, burnt out, or just feeling like no one quite gets it. I want you to know this:

I don’t have all the answers. But I will sit in the hard with you. And I will stitch pieces that honor your story, because I’m living mine too. For the women who carry more than anyone sees.
