All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. For that reason, all sales are final.

Exceptions:
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to make it right.
