All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. For that reason, all sales are final.
Exceptions:
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to make it right.

The $5 Custom Order Deposit secures your place in our design queue and allows us to begin working on your custom quote and design concept. This deposit will be applied toward your final order total if you move forward with your purchase.

- Complete the information requested below.
- Upload any logos, inspiration photos, or reference images.
- We will review your request and contact you with pricing, options, and any additional questions.
- Once approved, we'll create a custom invoice for the remaining balance.

Each item is custom made to order in our Southeast Kansas shop; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all sizing, color, and personalization details carefully before ordering. Colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in monitor, phone screen, lighting, and display settings.
