How custom team and promotional orders work
- Tell us what you need. Share your logo, item ideas, quantity, budget, and deadline.
- We build your quote and proof. We will help match the right products and decoration method to your artwork and needs.
- You approve it. Production starts after your proof is approved and payment is received.
- We make it happen. Standard custom-order turnaround is about three weeks after approval; promotional-item timing may vary by item, so ask early for events.

- Apparel minimum: 4 total pieces with the same approved logo or design
- Mix garment styles to build the bundle that fits your business
- No dollar minimum for apparel bundles
- Quantity pricing is available for larger orders
- Full payment is due before production
- A one-time $25 digitizing fee applies when Grant 1226 does not already have your exact stitch-ready logo on file
