All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. For that reason, all sales are final.
Exceptions:
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to make it right.

Turn your school, mascot, team, family name, or favorite game-day word into a raised 3D puff embroidered crewneck. The outlined wordmark lets the sweatshirt color show through the center of each letter, like the Chargers sample shown.
Customize your sweatshirt
- Enter your custom word or name
- Choose your preferred embroidery thread color
- Adult colors: Sand, Sport Grey, Red, Navy, or Dark Heather
- Adult sizes S–3XL; wordmark is approximately 11 inches wide by 3 inches tall
- Toddler sizes 2T–5T and youth sizes S–XL in Sport Grey, Red, Navy, or Dark Heather
- Sand is available for adult sizes only
How to order
Enter the exact word or name and thread-color request in the personalization box. Please double-check spelling. Placement and scale are adjusted for the selected size while preserving the raised puff look.
Fit and care
Adult crewnecks have a relaxed unisex fit. Size up for an oversized look. Turn inside out, wash cold on gentle, tumble dry low, and do not iron directly over the embroidery.
Made to order: Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping.

Approximately 2 weeks.
