All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. For that reason, all sales are final.
Exceptions:
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to make it right.

Fit
Choose your usual size for a classic adult unisex fit. Size up one or two sizes for a roomier, oversized look. Please compare the listing size guide with a sweatshirt you already own before ordering.
Care
Machine wash cold with like colors. Wash inside out, tumble dry low or hang to dry, and do not bleach. Do not iron directly over the embroidery.

Approximately 2 weeks before shipping.
